Cooked Crabs

Crab has a sweet and intense flavour. Use it in salads, sandwiches, soups, pasta and stir-fries.
you can eat them cold or heat them before serving. However, microwaving, baking or pan-frying cooked crab will suck the moisture right out of the meat. To prevent the crab from drying out, you must boil or steam the meat.
